How to get your child eat everything? This is a question most parents ponder upon when they see their fussy eating child. By everything we mean all the healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, grains, lentils etc.

The trick behind making your child eat everything starts from their infant stage to be precise. Get them introduced to family food at an early stage say from six months of their life.
A booster dining chair or high chair is great for this purpose. Let them see what the family is eating and introduce them with variety of flavours. Make sure not to introduce white sugar or salt in their first year. By including them in family meals, their interest in food will rise even without their knowledge. Always remember when you are introducing a new food to a toddler/child don’t directly give them. At first you have to eat infront of them, such that they see and they themselves demand the new variety. This way, it is likely that they will have any new food like vegetables even if it doesn’t taste good for them but healthy.

The crux is to introduce every variety of food as early as possible through the above method. Increase the value of food you are eating so that they think it’s something special and in turn demand for it.
If you have not introduced healthy food at an early stage, then make them attractive by presenting it in attractive shapes and texture they are familiar with.
