For past few days I was searching for some series that can be watched along with family especially with a toddler around.
Upon seeing some suggestions I went ahead to watch ‘Panchayat’. There was a total of 8 episodes in Season 1 and I finished watching it in two days.

Yes you can give it a go if you like feel good factor in films or series without much action or drama. Just like watching an Ayushman Khurana film. Sometimes it reminds you of film Swades. The protagonist in the film Jitendra Kumar is a recent entry into bollywood, with Shubh Mangal Zyaada Saavdan being his latest film.

A simple story line of an engineering graduate who takes up the job of panchayat secretary due to lack of getting better job opportunity. Since I watched the series without much deliberations I got to enjoy the series.
I didn’t find it difficult to watch with a toddler and was quite family friendly. It has got only One season as of now.

Do give it a try if you want to watch a series without much violence and explicit scenes.
