Elon Musk react to Tesla’s launch in India

I was astonished by Elon Musk’s epic reaction to Tesla’s launch in India. With his two word tweet ‘as promised’ he reacted to the company’s entry into the Indian market. He has registered the company in Bangalore. Last year in October he had tweeted ” Next year for sure” regarding Tesla’s launch  in India.

I was always fascinated by his ideas, his tryst with sustainable energy  and electric cars. Due to the pandemic , I wasn’t expecting this good news any soon.

I guess this launch will definitely be a boost to India’s vision towards electric cars and sustainable energy efficient vehicles. The first model to go for sale will be  Model 3. I’m also curious to know about the customer base it can propel in India with its high end pricing and technology. Hurdles in infrastructure such as charging station is one of the reason I got sceptical about the transition to electric cars in India. Hope Tesla can fullfil lot many promises in its journey in India.
