Vermicelli Sausage Pulav

Ingredients:

  • Roasted Vermicelli – 3 cups
  • Onion – 3 big onions finely chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
  • Tomato- 1 medium size chopped
  • Mint / Coriander leaves – To garnish
  • Garam masala- 1 tbsp
  • Chicken masala – 1 tbsp
  • Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
  • Turmeric – 1tsp
  • Green chilly- 1 slit open
  • Salt – To taste
  • Water – 6 cups


How to make it?


Saute slit green chilly , ginger garlic paste.
When it is about to turn brown add onions and then saute tomatoes.
After sauting it, add all the spice powders . 
Add water and bring it to boil.
Now add roasted vermicelli and cook until it is done.
Garnish with mint/coriander leaves.
